Standard Shipping is sent via Federal Express, Jeans.com special logistics partner . Overnight shipping orders must be received before 3:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) to gaurantee next day processed, or the item will be processed the following business day.

Weekends and Holidays
Jeans.com does not ship during the weekends Orders received after 3pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will not be processed until the next business day.

Expedited Delivery
To speed the delivery process the billing and shipping address must match. Non-matching billing and sipping address will delay the processing of your expedited orders.

Shipping to P.O Box or APO
Federal Express cannot deliver to International APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address.

Shipping Guidelines

After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within 48 hours after being received.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if and when the item is available to ship. Any changes to your order will be sent to you via e-mail. When an item ships, a Federal Express shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may click on this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment directly at the Federal Express website.

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official published Federal Expressrates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance being shipped. When you check out, you will have the option of selecting your shipping priority on the Order Confirmation screen. Your order total will automatically be updated to reflect whichever shipping rate you choose.

International Shipping Costs
International orders are typically shipped via Federal Express and are usually delivered between 5-7 business days, depending on available international shipping options for selected destination country.

Please note: International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fee, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Jeans.com cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged by the particular country customs. Please check the customs house of your respective country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Federal Express assumes responsibility for these charges and then bills the recipients accordingly.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Jeans.com at our own expense. We will then deduct the charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
