How to take your measurements? You need a tape measure with centimeters, as centimeters are more accurate than inches.
Waist in centimeters (a):
Measure around your natural waist. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near the belly button.Enter Your Waist (60 - 118)
Hips in centimeters (b):
Put your legs together and measure around the widest part of your hips.Enter Your Hips (80 - 138)
If you do not have a centimeter tape measure, then use this most likely size scale pants to jeans comparison chart:
0 = 24 ; 1-2 = 25; 2=26; 3-4=27; 5-6=28; 7-8=29; 9-10=30; 11-12=31; 13-14=32; 15-16=33; 17=36; 18=38
